Last week we brought our GroWiT (Growing Women in Technology) community together for another virtual event. The current change in working environment is completely new for most people and certainly challenging our resilience in the most unexpected way. Resilience is a muscle you need to build, particularly in today's environment. But it's not something you either have or don't have. It's something you can train and develop over time.

That's why we invited Karen Stone, Global Director of Leadership and Culture at Commvault, to host a highly interactive webinar session around building and training your personal resilience.
