We were delighted to be welcomed by Global on the 5th September for the latest instalment of GroWiT entitled: 'Putting Diversity at the Heart of your Business Strategy'. The focus of the event was to provide attendees with more practical insight and steps to deliver tangible progress around attracting diverse talent.

The focus of the event was to provide attendees with more practical insight and steps to deliver tangible progress around attracting diverse talent.

The action-packed agenda kicked off with Steph Pritchard (Head of Project Delivery & Commercial Technology at Global) who provided an outline of the key initiatives they are undertaking to attract diverse talent into their organisation, whilst also outlining why diversity is so important to the business.

Our other guest speakers included Babita Kumar (Client Director - Azure Digital Transformation Solutions at BP), Andrew Faulkner (HR Deputy Director, Digital, Data & Technology at BEIS), Sara Matthewman (Software Engineer at Capgemini) and Suzanne Craig (IT CoE Delivery & Solution Architecture at BT).
