Our latest episode of the Salesforce Sitdown podcast features a conversation with Kerri Nash, hosted by Stott and May's Andrew Verdin.
Kerri Nash is the Director of CRM at Everi Holdings Inc and is the go-to person for all things Salesforce at her company. In her day to day, she finds creative ways to increase internal efficiency, help internal business units solve challenges, and assist with strategic projects (both large and small) utilizing technology (specifically Salesforce.com).
From her perspective as a Salesforce COE, she talks about some success stories, some insight on pain points, and goes through her thought process of problem-solving. She is an avid reader, skier, a member of multiple Salesforce User Groups, and is a contributing member of the Salesforce community.
This series is part of a wider community initiative, peer led, for SFDC Tech/COE Leaders to connect with each other on the machinations of successful user adoption, shared best practices and learnings about roles, processes, and tech used in such teams. We don’t always get to be connected to peers in the Salesforce Community, COE leaders can find themselves operating like islands, in their own businesses and separated from others. This is a window in on how Salesforce is run, elsewhere.
