Designing for Financial Inclusion and the Unbanked

A write up of our recent webinar hosted in partnership with Centrepoint entitled 'Designing for Financial Inclusion and the Unbanked'.

Stott and May partnered with Centrepoint to bring you our most recent webinar, 'Designing for Financial Inclusion and the Unbanked'.

We are in a difficult climate. An increase in unemployment and a rise in vulnerable users is a serious concern. That's why we partnered with Centrepoint to host a webinar centered around discussing the difficulties young homeless people face in the UK when trying to set up personal banking.

The webinar featured leading UX, Product and Experience speakers from iwoca, cuvva, 11:FS and Oakam with exceptional domain knowledge of working for challenger, International and Tier 1 banks.

Together, we covered the banking process from pain points around identification verification, on-boarding, gaps in small business loaning, financial literacy, and new banking apps.
